We are seeking expressions of interest for temporary roles as Roster Support Officers within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS). These positions may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, contingent upon operational requirements.
About the Role
Are you dedicated to ensuring equitable and compliant staffing schedules while promoting teamwork in a vibrant healthcare setting? This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of Gold Coast Health and Hospital Service.
Key Responsibilities- Roster Oversight: Work closely with Team Leaders and senior management to develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to staffing schedules.
- Resource Distribution: Aid in the effective allocation of personnel to achieve optimal staffing levels.
- Support Services: Deliver vital support functions, including leave verification and technical assistance.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and address any rostering and payroll discrepancies to uphold accuracy and efficiency.
- Engagement with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience: Previous involvement in rostering and payroll operations is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP HR and relevant IT competencies are preferred.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of IWFM practices is considered a plus.
