At our residential care home, we strive to create a vibrant and engaging lifestyle program for our residents. This requires the help of dedicated volunteers who can contribute their skills and life experiences to make a positive impact.

We are seeking caring individuals who can assist with various activities that cater to the interests and needs of our residents. These may include:

  • Crafting groups
  • Social groups
  • Gardening groups
  • Walking groups
  • Special activities such as using wheelchairs to assist residents
  • Companionship through chats, garden walks, and reminiscing over photo albums
  • Entertainment and concerts
  • Pet therapy
  • Beauty and nail therapy

We believe that every person deserves a good quality of life, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our vision is to support members of our community to be better for life.

To ensure the well-being and safety of our residents, all volunteers must possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:

  • A current National Police Certificate for Aged Care
  • Evidence of current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations

In return for your time and dedication, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will also be part of a supportive team that shares our vision of improving the quality of life for everyone.

Please note that we work with all volunteers to set up suitable days and times that fit their schedule. Whether it's a few days a week or a few hours a month, every contribution is valued and appreciated.
