The Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Apprentice Connect Provider division based in Southport, Gold Coast.

In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating the delivery of Australian Apprenticeships and providing early education information to job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check
  • Facilitating the delivery of Employer Get Ready Check
  • Liaising with internal and external support services
  • Contributing to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices

About You

You will be a positive, adaptable, driven self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs
  • Passion for working collaboratively and consultatively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience influencing and negotiating within a complex and fast-changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and proven accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs
