Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated financial analyst to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, assisting with budget preparation, commercial analysis, and establishing relationships outside of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality financial reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting requirement
  • Commercial analysis of financial information
  • Ad hoc internal reporting as required
  • Establish relationships outside of finance to deliver analysis and commentary
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities
  • Ad hoc analysis and projects

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Solid detail-orientation for thorough review of self and team reporting and analysis
  • An understanding and sense of team culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starting and highly motivated attitude
