Nightclub Management Opportunity

Melbourne CBD

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality and Nightclub Manager to lead one of Melbourne's premier nightlife destinations. With three levels, four unique spaces, and an upscale restaurant, this vibrant venue requires a passionate leader to drive service excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightly operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and develop a dedicated team, including recruitment, induction, training, and performance evaluation
  • Maintain superior customer satisfaction and excellent service standards to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with events staff to coordinate and manage a diverse range of functions and events
  • Work closely with security personnel, Victoria Police, and compliance officers to ensure safety and legal adherence
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain relationships with industry regulators
  • Handle booking systems, performers, and all event logistics, as well as proactively address guest issues and complaints
  • Manage cash flow, stock, and end-of-night financial reporting, and continuously review and improve systems, processes, and procedures

About You:

  • Proven experience in nightclub, hospitality, or venue management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Knowledge of local licensing laws, health and safety, and food safety procedures
  • Experience in organising functions, events, and training teams, with current First Aid certification and RSA
  • Innovative and able to generate ideas to increase profit, with a creative, hands-on approach and a commitment to staying up to date with industry trends
