The Role

We're seeking an experienced Offshore Operations Specialist to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from traditional offshore energy to renewable energy solutions.

As an Offshore Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels and equipment. You'll work closely with our engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

About the Job

**Job Summary:** We're looking for an experienced Offshore Operations Specialist to join our team

**Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vessels and equipment
  • Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

**Requirements:

  • Integrated Rating II/5 and III/5 Certification of Competency with Subsea Offshore experience
  • MISC with BOSIET+CAEBS is ideal but not essential
  • STCW training completed and current
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Highly service-minded, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented
  • Sparrows Stage 3 Crane Operator Ticket is beneficial

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
