About the Role

We seek an experienced HSE Advisor to join our dynamic team in Perth Metro. This full-time position may involve site-based requirements in the medium-long term.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Minimizing occupational risks and ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and Ertech standards
  • Providing guidance and coaching to personnel on HSE training, corrective actions, and issues
  • Empowering site supervisors to manage health and safety
  • Conducting incident investigations and driving continuous process improvements

About You

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (desired)
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessing or Leadership and Development (a plus)
  • 5+ years of HSE Advisory experience in Civil Infrastructure/Construction
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
  • Generalist HSE skills, including incident investigation and lead auditing capability
