About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual communications that enhance our brand and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with our creative director and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in our design outputs.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital assets, event collateral, and store fit-out designs.
  • Manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Provide design support to other FCTG brands as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
  • High-level Adobe skills, including proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with managing competing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Experience with luxury brands and an understanding of the subtleties of designing for luxury.
