The role of Event Operations Manager is a vital part of ensuring seamless execution of events at our venue. As an experienced leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations and guarantee customer service standards are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan successful events
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding event details
- Maintain compliance with responsible service of alcohol policies
- Conduct pre-event briefings for team members
- Manage employee relationships and ensure a positive work environment
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and adherence to established safety protocols
About You:
We seek a candidate with previous leadership experience in large-scale banquet or food and beverage environments, as well as expertise in coordinating exhibition/tradeshow-style catering. Your profile should include:
- A proven track record in developing high-quality customer service standards
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to instil these standards in your team
