Our Purpose

As the Digital Marketplaces Strategy Leader, you'll drive our digital transformation and elevate customer acquisition and retention. You'll oversee all digital, e-commerce, and website initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance our brand's online presence and boost conversions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital strategies across e-commerce, paid search, social media, display, SEO, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
  • Lead the optimization of our website and e-commerce platform for user experience, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage the loyalty program to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators, using insights to inform campaign and e-commerce strategy.
  • Implement SEO and CRO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee media buying across radio, OOH, and digital networks to ensure brand visibility and reach.
  • Lead and support a high-performing digital team with mentorship and development opportunities.

You Will Thrive If:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and website management.
  • You possess strong technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM).
  • You are an expert in loyalty programs and retention strategies.
  • You can analyze complex data sets and drive business growth through informed decision-making.
  • You have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale digital projects.
  • You are knowledgeable about SEO, paid media, email marketing, and media buying.
