We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering occupational rehabilitation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans to promote return to work and optimal health outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and provide expert advice on injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Collaborate with employers, employees, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
- Complete a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA.
- Clinical knowledge of pathologies and strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Desire to problem-solve and innovate, with a passion for injury prevention and return to work.
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
