About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering occupational rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans to promote return to work and optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments and provide expert advice on injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Collaborate with employers, employees, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
  • Complete a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA.
  • Clinical knowledge of pathologies and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Desire to problem-solve and innovate, with a passion for injury prevention and return to work.
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
