Culinary Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled recipe developer to join our culinary team. As a key member of our culinary development team, you will be responsible for creating, testing and refining delicious meals that meet high-quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop recipes that meet business parameters, including cost, ingredient seasonality and product requirements.
- Test and refine recipes in our luxurious Test Kitchen, ensuring they meet quality expectations.
- Gain expertise in customer preferences and flavour profiles, applying this knowledge when evaluating recipes.
- Participate in creative sessions to identify new concepts, recipe ideas and techniques for existing and new recipe development.
- 1–2 years' experience in recipe development (meal kit, media, magazine or test kitchen).
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a food-related field.
- Exceptional written skills for clear, concise recipe methods.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Passion for food and willingness to work with diverse ingredients.
Creative and pragmatic approach to developing recipes.
Proactive, ambitious and assertive, taking ownership of your work.
Organised, solutions-focused and persistent in achieving results.
