**Job Opportunity:** Registered Nurse And Enrolled Nurse
We are a home care service provider that enables people to live a fulfilling life at home for as long as possible, regardless of age or ability.
Our dedicated team delivers flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sector, ranging from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide premium care experiences to clients that are genuine, compassionate, and personalized.
- Deliver care following client care plans developed by Care Designers (Registered Nurses).
- Meet safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation.
- Conduct Nursing Assessments.
**Requirements For Success:**
- Passionate about making a positive impact.
- Self-led leaders with the ability to take responsibility for own behavior and success.
- Coachable individuals.
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
- Possess CPR & First Aid Certification.
- Hold a valid Car Licence and have a clean Driving Record.
- National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector) and Working With Children Check required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module required.
