Job Overview

This is a Sales Support Consultant position that will provide regional sales support to the MineStar solutions sales team.

  • Work closely with regional sales reps, dealers, and their customers to drive growth in the underground business.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering technical sales presentations and demos to dealers and their customers.
  • Achieve sales targets within assigned regions.
  • Analyze market opportunities and trends to inform annual business plans, dealer growth plans, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial support and product teams to develop commercial offers and programs.
  • Participate in trade and customer association events to support product strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise for the MineStar for underground product line.
  • Develop regional sales forecasts for existing and new products.
  • Collect Voice of Customer and competitive intelligence for product development.
  • Create campaigns to boost sales of MineStar for underground in assigned territories.
  • Support dealer-led opportunities.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs.
  • Deliver sales training to sales reps and dealers.
  • Contribute to events and customer sales visits.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in mining.
