About the Position

The Emeco Group is a leading provider of earth-moving equipment solutions, dedicated to delivering efficient and innovative services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Asset Reliability Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring asset reliability in conjunction with the Rental Maintenance Planning Program for the weekly and monthly scheduling of major component replacements. The successful candidate will coordinate with different departments, ensure resource availability, and align equipment schedules with operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and maintain a 2-week maintenance plan to ensure equipment availability and integrity, including labour, parts, services, and tools needed using the CMMS system (AMT).
  2. Lead a weekly planning meeting with the site team to review the upcoming week's tasks, get approval from the Site Superintendent, and evaluate the previous week's progress using Power BI compliance reports.
  3. Review and schedule the forecast for major component tasks provided by the Central Long Term Planning team, and organize required minor parts, labour, resources (e.g., cranes), and logistics.
  4. Work with the execution team to handle breakdowns, procure parts, and recommend repair scopes for MEC components.
  5. Ensure statutory requirements are met by coordinating with service providers to complete tasks on time and maintain compliance.
  6. Order parts through the Procurement team for major and minor work scopes, including PM Service kits, ahead of the scheduled onsite dates.
  7. Schedule Condition Monitoring work orders raised by the Central Asset team, and provide feedback on completion.
  8. Estimate job requirements for breakdowns, considering the monthly budget and obtaining necessary approvals.
  9. Notify the Central Asset Team of early failures and possible warranty issues, providing all necessary information in the CMMS (AMT).
