CPAP Therapy Consultant

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases and sleep services dedicated to respiratory diseases. We specialize in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

This role involves serving as the initial point of contact for clients, engaging with them through various channels, and providing guidance on CPAP equipment and service requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to promote our product range and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Engage clients through in-person, phone, and email communications
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment and service requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
• Promote and upsell our product range and services
• Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment
• Maintain inventory and process clinic orders

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments
• Exceptional communication skills
• Independent clinic management capability
• Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications
• Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
