Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Core Product team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering market-leading propositions and products for our customers. As a key member of our Product and Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment across product roadmaps and ever-evolving customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a product roadmap with key milestones and decision points, ensuring timely and high-quality customer data, user feedback, and competitor and market analysis.
- Create innovative and sustainable business models for new products and ventures, aligning with market needs and Customer Markets objectives.
- Support the successful delivery of initiatives that require collaboration across multiple product and proposition managers, ensuring ongoing alignment and consideration of wider commercial and business implications.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and profitability of product strategies, recommending adjustments and identifying potential risks associated with product strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with experience in product strategy roles and proven leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for comprehensive market analysis, identifying trends, and evaluating opportunities, with the ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, including cost modeling and revenue projections, and proficiency in developing innovative and financially sound business models for new products and ventures.
- Demonstrated success in bringing new products or ventures to market with a focus on business growth and in-depth knowledge of the industry, staying abreast of market trends.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
