We are looking for a skilled Chef who can provide excellent culinary expertise and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

The Role

As a Dining Services Professional, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving meals in line with procedures, and maintaining food safety documents.

You will also be required to apply catering control principles, including food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests, and experiment with new ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culinary expertise and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Prepare and cook meals according to procedures
  • Maintain food safety documents and apply catering control principles
  • Modify recipes to meet customer needs and requests
  • Experiment with new ingredients and recipes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification), and hold a Police Check and Working With Vulnerable People card.
