Dual Role Food Service Assistant/Cook Taree Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant/Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food and drink, cleaning, and maintaining high standards of food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food according to menu plans and dietary requirements
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
  • Work with the team to create exciting meals that cater to every individual
  • Keep records as part of our Food Safety Program
  • Be active and on your feet for most of your shift
Requirements:
  • Experience in kitchen work (aged care is an advantage)
  • Great time management and planning skills
  • Completed the Basic Food Handling Course
