Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join our dedicated team in a remote work environment.

This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care and make a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering primary and emergency health care, conducting daily medical clinics, and managing work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.

The role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (2/2) FIFO roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Primary and Emergency Health Care: Provide advanced life support, trauma management, and resuscitation as required.
  • Conduct Daily Medical Clinics: Manage work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, and facilitate return-to-work planning.
  • Liaise with Healthcare Providers: Liaise with internal and external healthcare providers for medevacs and specialist referrals.
  • Maintain Medical Facilities: Maintain medical facilities and equipment to a high standard, ensuring alignment with clinical governance and client protocols.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Current Registration: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
  • Certificate IV: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Advanced Life Support: Advanced Life Support (ALS) and CPR Certification.
  • Trauma Qualification: Trauma Qualification (e.g., PHTLS or TNCC).
