The Work Order Scheduling System is a critical tool used to manage and track work orders, ensuring tasks are completed on time and maintaining a governance structure that supports timely execution. As a Work Order Scheduling System Lead, you will be responsible for managing key relationships, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring the scheduling system operates seamlessly to meet both business and customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the operations team to understand on-the-ground challenges and develop solutions to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the Work Order Scheduling System to ensure it meets operational goals and timelines. This includes tracking and monitoring work orders to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
  • Developing and enforcing governance frameworks to ensure work streams are delivered within established timelines. You will conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with governance policies and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers (Councils) by leading meetings to address their needs and concerns.
  • Preparing detailed status reports for the Group Head of IT, covering progress, delays, risks, and adherence to established governance frameworks.
