Facility Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take accountability for this site, ensuring all work is undertaken in a timely and correct manner, resulting in quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Work Health and Safety:
  • Ensure the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system
  • Report and record any safety incidents or near misses, and action required
  • Adhere to environment policies and procedures
• Customer Service and Stakeholder Management:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers
  • Monitor scores and feedback, and take action as required
  • Walk clients through repairs upon collection
  • Maintain relationships with work providers
• Quality and Vehicle Management:
  • Repair vehicles to their pre-accident condition
  • Conduct final QA inspection
  • Resolve quality or safety concerns
  • Complete comprehensive and accurate quotes
  • Perform vehicle arrival inspection
  • Update Quoting/Management System
  • Order parts and manage invoices
  • Label and store parts accordingly
• Production Workshop Management:
  • Oversee production management to ensure targets are achieved
  • Manage incoming/outgoing vehicles to maximise capacity
  • Repair vehicles according to Job Sheet, Repair Method, and SOP
  • Avoid consumable and material wastage
• P&L, Reporting, and Administration:
  • Ensure site profitability, prepare P&Ls, budgets, ARC, job costings, KPIs, and management reports
  • Submit EOM & OEM reporting accurately and on time
  • Invoice clients and work providers accurately
  • Engage subcontractors compliant with AMA requirements
  • Collect payment from clients before vehicle collection
• Leadership and People Management:
  • Builf and maintain positive work relationships and culture
  • Update timekeeping system to reflect absences
  • Lead the team on site, including recruitment, onboarding, annual performance appraisals, employee misconduct/grievances, and ensuring current licences and qualifications
