This role involves working with stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features. It also includes creating, implementing, optimizing, debugging, refactoring, and reusing code to establish and improve performance and maintainability.

  • Developing software solutions that meet user needs and company goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and develop design documents.
  • Implementing and maintaining high-quality, efficient, and scalable software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, excellent coding skills, and experience working on complex software projects. They should be able to adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns to improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determining user requirements for a set of features.
  • Developing design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
  • Coding, testing, and refining software solutions.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to break down larger work items into smaller tasks.
  • Providing estimation and acting as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for system monitoring and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • At least 2+ years of technical engineering experience working in a professional business setting.
  • Proficiency in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
