The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around $29,405 based on an hourly rate of $28.52-$28.81 per hour, plus a 25% casual loading. This compensation package reflects the importance of this role in providing essential services to our community.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Services Assistant to join our team in Renmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely, efficient, and effective services that involve catering, cleaning, and other support duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation, service, and delivery of food to clients
  • General housekeeping and laundry duties

The Services Assistant may also be required to undertake other tasks as needed, working closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our health unit.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Successful completion of Year 11 High School
  • A current first aid certificate
  • Experience in the areas of housekeeping, cooking/catering, and laundry
  • A knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity legislation
