We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Facility Manager.
Job DescriptionThis role will involve delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance at our Launceston facility, working part-time 24 hours a week, Wednesday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Effectively manage the facility including business hub services.
- Maintain high-quality presentation standards.
- Customer service experience in retail or bulky goods industry.
- Strong sales and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Polite manner, friendly and confident with face-to-face customer service.
- Comfortable working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and results-driven.
- Professional presentation, work ethic and behaviour.
- Well-organized and use of initiative.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a new challenge.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer service and sales, retail / bulky goods, small business, logistics and people management; proven organizational, system, and administration skills and the ability to work both cooperatively within a team and autonomously as required.
