We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Software Deployment Specialist to support the rollout of Kroll software across Quebec.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as we expand our presence in the province.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Kroll software to pharmacies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support software releases.
  • Provide expert in-person training and troubleshooting services to pharmacy staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize the software effectively.
  • Travel to pharmacies throughout Quebec to provide on-site support and address any technical issues that may arise.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to commute within Quebec, with occasional travel required.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings is preferred, but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise training materials.
