Cloud Infrastructure Manager Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Specialist to provide dedicated operational support and technical leadership. This role requires ensuring seamless cloud infrastructure management, maintaining compliance with established standards, applying security controls, and managing risk processes.

  • The specialist will be responsible for deploying and maintaining infrastructure changes using GitOps, monitoring system metrics, and proactively managing scaling of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and AzureSQL to maintain optimal performance.
  • Additionally, this role involves providing direct, daily operational support to personnel, troubleshooting infrastructure and integration issues, and ensuring smooth system configuration.
  • Collaboration with international teams is essential to ensure external systems remain functional during platform updates and responding to evolving compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cloud infrastructure in line with IRAP standards
  • Lead incident response for environments
  • Deploy and maintain infrastructure changes using GitOps
  • Monitor system metrics and proactively manage scaling of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and AzureSQL
  • Provide direct, daily operational support to personnel
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure external systems remain functional during platform updates
