Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team. This role offers a great opportunity to commence and build a career in facilities management, fostering key relationships with clients, service providers, and stakeholders while making recommendations to improve building performance, risk profiles, presentation, and condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and oversee the maintenance and operation of building services, ensuring clients' quality and safety targets are met.
  • Provide maintenance advice and ensure all planned preventative maintenance programs are clearly documented, maintained, and completed on time.
  • Assist and oversee project-based work, including fit-outs and refurbishments, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Assist the team with day-to-day administrative components and responsibilities, such as work orders, audit reports, budget management, client reporting, risk management, permits, and reactive works.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who has recently completed a facilities management training course and is eager to apply their new skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ongoing on-the-job training will be provided to ensure career progression towards becoming an outright Facilities Manager.
