Overnight Host Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as overnight hosts at a popular restaurant in Melbourne. As an overnight host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the early morning hours.

About You:

  • You possess excellent communication skills and a warm demeanor.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have prior experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Ensure all customers receive friendly and attentive service.
  • Anticipate and respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
Accountability and Performance Metrics:
  • Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost of wages, average spend per customer, total gross profit, and number of up-sells and second orders.
Training and Development:
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.
Leadership Opportunities:
