About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Property Management Operations division. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to understand and document their digital requirements for development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support, guidance, and advice to users.
  • Document system development requirements and associated user guides.
  • Work with software developers to develop, test, and implement new features and enhancements, including integrating 3rd party systems.
  • Manage multiple developments concurrently.
  • Develop reporting solutions for internal (staff) and external (client) stakeholders, with a focus on data visualization and analysis tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience or exposure to Azure Dev Ops or associated team collaboration software.
  • Advanced skill level in core Microsoft packages, particularly Power BI, Excel, and Sharepoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused, while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of commercial property management and accounting practices will be advantageous.
