Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our Retail Banking Services (RBS) audit team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for executing on audit reviews for the largest Business Unit in CBA, providing independent and objective assurance on risk management to key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional and highly valued audit service to the business and Group's Audit & Risk Committees
  • Provide objective assurance on risk management to key customers, securing the financial wellbeing of the Bank's customers
  • Identify issues and commercial insights as part of high quality audit reports, which help customers to make a difference to their business
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a risk or Internal audit focusing on Retail Banking or Banking & Finance industry experience will be desirable
  • Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, python or R will be highly regarded
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the key inherent risks and the end to end control environment associated with Retail Banking services and products
  • Internationally recognised auditing or relevant professional qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in building strong customer relationships based on credibility, rapport and trust
