Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to high standards
  • Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions accurately
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well-presented
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the cafe
  • Handling both cash and card payments efficiently

Requirements

  • 2 years of retail experience preferred (as a Barista or Hospitality Professional)
  • Food safety certification
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts or late shifts, 15-25 hours per week
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
