We are seeking a highly motivated Specification Manager to join our team and drive business growth by securing product specifications in projects and BOQs.
About the JobThis role involves building and managing relationships with specification partners, architects, specifiers, and designers in the designated territory to foster a robust pipeline of technical specifications and effectively support sales objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective territory management strategies to generate market demand through sales meetings and presentations to businesses, identifying and targeting architect firms and related clients to expand market influence and project specifications, and collaborating closely with Sales Executives, regional and national teams, and core functions to align with strategies and achieve business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Specification Manager to make a meaningful impact on our business and enhance awareness of our products within the building materials community.
What We Are Looking For- A minimum of 7+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a commercial specification sales role, ideally in the building materials industry.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, account management, negotiation, and achieving results within a KPI-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of our brand's integrity and its application within the building materials sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Solid grasp of financial and business transactions to support informed decision-making and strategy implementation.
