Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Automotive Spray Painter to join their team in a Temp to Perm role with ongoing hours available.

This position involves working in a warehouse environment, spray painting ute and truck trays in a controlled booth setting with fully equipped spray painting guns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Utilize suction feed spray guns with two-pack solid metallic paints to achieve high-quality finishes.
  2. Follow specific work instructions and maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure exceptional workmanship.
  3. Operate hand and air tools with proficiency.
  4. Collaborate with a team environment, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to delivering results.
  5. Meet the requirements for full working rights in Australia.
Work Schedule and Compensation
  1. Monday to Friday with two shifts available.
  2. Shift 1: 6:00am-3:30pm, rate $40-$45 per hour plus penalties, dependent on skills.
  3. Shift 2: 3:30pm-1:00am, rate $48-$54 per hour plus penalties, dependent on skills.
