Room Attendants are key hospitality professionals responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel.

Job Description

They play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay by providing exceptional cleaning services and replenishing amenities to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards, including changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing towels and other amenities.
  • Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and minibar items.
  • Vacuum carpets, dust and polish furniture, and remove trash.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and assisting where possible.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.
  • Follow hotel security guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies.
Requirements

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. However, candidates must possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have good physical condition and stamina, and be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Additionally, candidates must ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.
