Job Description

We are seeking experienced and passionate care workers to provide personal care, social services, and domestic assistance to elderly individuals in their own homes.

This includes:

  • Helping with personal care and daily living activities
  • Organising outings and transportation for social interaction and companionship
  • Providing domestic assistance such as cooking, pet care, cleaning, and gardening
  • Reviewing care plans to understand customers' goals and needs
  • Using an app to track important information and spot any hazards to ensure safety

About the Role

As a care worker, you will have access to regular work hours, career development opportunities, and a supportive environment. You will also have the opportunity to gain industry training and mentorship to further your qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within the Aged Care sector (Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support preferred)
  • A passion for helping vulnerable members of the community live independent and fulfilling lives
  • Friendly and respectful communication skills, with a commitment to dignity and privacy
  • The ability to use a smartphone and assist clients with theirs
  • A current Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle (travel is part of the role)
