The Subject Team Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of science education. You will oversee the development of engaging, accurate, and curriculum-aligned courses for Biology, Chemistry, and Movement subjects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented team to deliver high-quality educational content to students and teachers across Australia.
  • Guide content creators and visual designers to produce exceptional, engaging, and curriculum-aligned courses.
  • Take ownership of content delivery, team performance, and continuous improvement in how we work.
  • Shape how courses are built—recommend lesson structures, content approaches, and improvements.
  • Use data and feedback to improve course quality and user experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
