About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating daily and weekly scheduling of internal and external resources to support site attendance, building assessments, make safes, restoration works, and warranty services.

This role involves efficiently allocating staff technicians, in-house plumbers, virtual estimators, and subcontracted trades to meet operational requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external subcontractors, insurance company representatives, assessors, policyholders, and project coordinators, to ensure seamless coordination of job assignments and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess incoming job requests to determine the appropriate personnel, considering task requirements, timing, and necessary skillsets.
  • Allocate internal and external resources effectively to meet the needs of restoration and construction projects.
  • Schedule jobs promptly, coordinating with both internal teams and external contractors as needed.
  • Maintain a centralized resource calendar to support real-time visibility of team availability, job assignments, and time off.
  • Prioritize job scheduling based on project size, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An understanding of the building repair process, critical inspection points, and WHS requirements.
  • A track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and outcome-focused approach.
  • Ability to act independently and multi-task.
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
