Key Role:
Maintenance Planner is a critical position in our organization, responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical trade qualifications and experience working in a planning position within a mining environment.
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at King of the Hills Gold Mine in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing schedules of work activities and plans using designated maintenance management systems, ensuring planned shutdowns are executed according to plan and within agreed time frames.
A key factor for success in this role will be the ability to work in a team environment and develop a planned maintenance culture, as well as possessing excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal reliability and availability
- Coordinate with purchasing and supply personnel to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant and equipment
- Assist in preparing, analyzing, and distributing reports on maintenance activities
- Experience in a planning position within a mining environment
- Possession of Mechanical Trade Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
