Job Title: Front Of House
About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front of House professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a smile and provide them with a seamless experience from arrival to departure
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain a well-organized schedule
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
- Process payments and manage the front desk/cash register
- Assist with stock control and merchandising displays
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
- Support stylists with ad hoc tasks as needed
Your Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly presence
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
