Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in proposing and delivering compelling DevSecOps and Mission Software Solutions to meet customer requirements. Your technical leadership and hands-on development skills will support captures and secure new business by working with mission-focused teams.


Responsibilities
  • Propose and deliver DevSecOps and Mission Software Solutions that meet customer needs
  • Support captures through technical leadership and hands-on development
  • Secure new business by working with mission-focused teams
  • Manage and influence stakeholders including senior stakeholders in a global context

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Eligibility for Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent)
  • Proven leadership in large-scale DevSecOps projects
  • Experience managing the full capability lifecycle within a DevSecOps/Mission Software environment
  • In-depth knowledge of mission systems including C4ISR, intelligence, systems-of-systems, data integration and sensors
