**Retail Sales Professional Wanted**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to promote and sell our range of goods and services.

This sales professional will work closely with the team, reporting to the Branch Manager and National Retail Manager. Their primary role is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Promote and sell our goods and services to customers
- Demonstrate and explain products to customers
- Quote prices, record orders, and arrange deliveries
- Follow up with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor client needs and expectations, and report on competitor activity

**Required Skills and Experience:**

- Customer service and cash handling skills
- Sales and marketing skills
- English language proficiency (bilingual or native speaker level)
- Technology competency
- Clerical and administration skills
- Time management
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and supplies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
