Job Description:

As a casual labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our fit out team with various tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. You will assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment, help set up and dismantle work areas as required, support the installation and assembly of fixtures and fittings, move and lift heavy objects and equipment as directed, maintain a clean and organised work area, and follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times.

Our projects include new store and refurbishment works, and our labourers work under the supervision of our installers and site supervisors to assemble display units, racking shelving, and to assist with signage installation and fixture builds.

  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment
  • Help set up and dismantle work areas as required
  • Support the installation and assembly of fixtures and fittings
  • Move and lift heavy objects and equipment as directed
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
