
Senior Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Leader to lead our Corporate Partnerships - Residential team.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile Corporate / Enterprise customers to grow revenue through new and existing partnerships.
- Develop strategic business plans to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in sales operations.
- Lead a team of Sales Professionals to achieve performance targets and drive revenue growth.
- Present key updates, strategies, and sales reports to Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall sales experience.
- At least 5+ years of senior Sales Leadership or Director level experience.
- Strategic sales experience with Enterprise sales and agreements.
- Excellent financial acumen, including P&Ls and forecasting.
- Results driven, with resilience and agility to respond quickly to change.
- Leadership experience with teams of 5+ people.
