Key Responsibilities- Greet passengers warmly and assist them to their seats efficiently
- Offer prompt assistance to on-board passengers, addressing their needs with courtesy and respect
- Ensure passengers' safety and comfort at all times, conducting regular checks and being vigilant in emergency situations
- Perform pre-flight safety checks meticulously, guaranteeing the aircraft's airworthiness
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks with a smile, attending to passengers' dietary needs and preferences
- Provide additional support to passengers with special requirements or needs, adapting to individual circumstances with empathy and care
- Reassure passengers during turbulence, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate and provide clear instructions during emergency situations, prioritizing passenger safety above all else
- Administer first aid and medical care when necessary, acting swiftly and decisively in high-pressure situations
- Age requirement: 18 years or older
- Height restriction: not exceeding 173 cm, with ability to reach 180 cm on flat feet
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating adaptability and interpersonal skills
- Ability to hold an ASIC, including a police security check
- Swimming proficiency without assistance
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Flexibility in terms of work hours and schedules
- Natural interest in caring for or pleasing others
