We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to provide exceptional patient care as part of our front desk team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Manage appointments and patient schedules efficiently, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
  • Handle patient inquiries and conduct follow-ups, both in person and over the phone.
  • Process payments, including claims and third-party payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Maintain the clinic's presentability and cleanliness.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Polite and professional phone manner.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • High attention to detail.

This is a casual role, working approximately 15-20 hours per week. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to work well under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
