About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Duty Manager to join our team at the Whittlesea Swim Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the pool plant systems are operating efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and maintain water quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patron inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals

**Requirements:**

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR
  • Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
