Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Linq HR is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including domestic and international transportation, storage, and delivery.
  • Monitor quality, delivery times, and transport costs.
  • Prepare logistics reports, updates, and schedules.
  • Manage relationships and negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and health and safety requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Understand and interpret tariff concession orders/rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Purchasing and Quality.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • First-hand logistics experience and decision-making in manufacturing/distribution environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle.
  • Power BI for dashboarding an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across the organisation and with external providers.
