Paralegal - Litigation Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and ambitious full-time Paralegal to join our dynamic and growing Litigation practice. As a key member of the team, you will provide efficient and effective legal services to clients and support lawyers in delivering exceptional solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents;
  • Filing of Court material;
  • Reporting; and
  • General administrative tasks including photocopying, opening/closing files and binding documents as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to communicate with clients confidently;
  • Proactive and well-presented individual who shows initiative, attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Benefits and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a law firm or similar environment and knowledge of civil procedure, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), partnership/shareholder disputes, insolvency, property/lease disputes, competition and consumer law, professional indemnity, defamation and insurance coverage disputes.
