About You
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver great customer service and experiences
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, including rostering, performance management, and day-to-day coaching
  • Ability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Passion for being the champion of customer and community engagement initiatives and driving culture and passion for 'Foodie Inspiration' and 'Better for You'
  • Coach, develop, and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team across all areas of the store, including replenishment, fresh produce, and service checkouts
  • Deliver great customer experiences by engaging, educating, and inspiring customers
  • Work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace to meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Manage and develop a large and diverse team, including rostering, performance management, and day-to-day coaching
